Responsibilities:
We expect you to:
• Lead the end-to-end design process forapplication development, including user research, creating user flows,wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and UIdevelopers to ensure seamless integration of design into technology.
• Optimize existing user interface designs forexperience, usability, scale, and system efficiency.
• Test for intuitivity and experience.
• Develop robust information and designarchitecture.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions,understanding user needs from a conceptual level to detailed user stories.
• Continuously incorporate new technologies,particularly in AI, into design strategies to enhance functionality and userexperience.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders toensure design vision is understood and implemented correctly.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends,tools, and technologies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similarrole, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design capability.
• Expertise in wireframing and prototyping toolssuch as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Adobe XD and Figma are a must.
• Experience working closely with UI developersand an understanding of front-end development.
• Experience in leading the design process and ateam of reporting designers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong workethic.
• Passion for learning and incorporating newtechnologies into design.
• Preference to proven experience in UIdevelopment.
• Very strong communication and analytical skills
