Customer Service Supervisor - CSR

This position isresponsible for providing admin and customer service support for a growing 3PLcompany that has recently opened a new 180k square foot warehouse in SanBernardino. Will be directly reporting to thecustomer service supervisor.


Requiredskills:

  1. Data entry skills, experience and knowledge of using a computer, warehouse management systems knowledge “WMS” is required.
  2. Working knowledge of Windows Applications including Word, Office, Excel and Outlook. Attention to detail and productivity are key.
  3. Ability to read and apply written instructions from a manual, memos or short correspondence.
  4. Strong organization skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
  5. Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
  6. Bilingual Spanish for verbal and written communication.
  7. The ability to create and maintain positive relationships with both external customers and internal departments.
