Job Title: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) - Technical Lead

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree---preferred
• Proven experience as Technical Lead in Automation Anywhere OR MS Power Automate for 4+ years
• Overall IT development experience for 8+ years
• Solution Architect Certification in Automation Anywhere A390 or Power Automate PL-900
• Experience with design and development of RPA automations using Automation Anywhere in a larger organization.
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to write concise technical docs and present ideas.

• A passion for automation software design with a talent for independently solving complex technical problems with Automation Anywhere
• Demonstrated ability to work with international teams supporting automation development
• Experience and working knowledge in programming languages like .Net, APIs, SQL, Python, XML etc. 
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong knowledge of data governance and data management concepts, approaches and tools, especially the role of data governance in the successful implementation of data strategy.  
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.  
• Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain value of data governance to both business and technical stakeholders.

• 3-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with a focus on information and data
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field

• Proven working experience in Java development
• Primary Skills include – Java, AngularJS and Angular, Liquibase, PostgreSQL.

Strongknowledge in DELL EMC - Data domain backup solution

•            Excellent knowledge in Troubleshooting OS related problems in DELL EMC DataDomain servers

•            Should be able to analyse the logs and provide solution for Data Domain

•            Knowledge in Data Backup, Archival & Disaster Recovery

•            Deep knowledge of the cyber recovery solution and its components

•            Firmware upgrades and Os/ Security patch update for network switches and cybervault appliance

•            Handling/ Setting/Configuring Servers

•            Fix any software related any software issue on the data domain,

•            Very good Support level experience ( L2/L3)

•            Should have excellent Client facing skills to understand the issue and providesolution

Job Description:

•         Candidate should have working experience as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Applications.

•         Must have at least 5 Years of SFDC development experience.

•         In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application

•         Should have hands on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visual Force pages design, etc.

•         Should have hands on development experience with SOQL, SOSL, triggers, etc

•         Good to have experience with database integrations & ETL process with salesforce

•         Should have good knowledge with webservice, integrations

•         Should have thorough understanding of configuration options

•         Experience with Community cloud and ERP integration is added advantage

•         Should have good communication skills
