1. Ability to support RFI/RFP management, Solutionsdesign & Transition execution

6.Understanding of contractual documents such as NDA,MSA, SOW, LOE etc and ability to draft the documentsin consultation with Legal, Risk & Compliance, IT Infra,Operations, Finance and other teams

8. Ability to lead governance and daily calibration meetingsinternal and client, track MOMs and publish
9. Work with hiring team for hiring initiation, follow to closerof hiring requirements
10. Work with operations leaders for approvals on hiring,pricing and contract terms specific to ops1
1. Work with training team for KT plan preparation,implementation, certification
12. Work with Quality team for QA QC plan, implementationof QC during transition stage, to
13. perform error analysis and publish RCA and actionplan
14. Works to tight timelines, competing priorities andrapidly changing requirements
15. Consider, escalate and resolve issues which arise aspart of planning and executing transitions including,but not limited to, IT matters, training and skillstransfer, cost of transition, local country changemanagement issues, risk management, etc.
16. Support development of change management plansand efforts for countries from where work is beingtransitioned17. Track and report on milestones for transitions(including budgets) and on consequences of thetransition against original business case.
18. Effectively support the TransitionLeader in overall management of all transition work,developing appropriate reports for communicating tovarious stakeholders
19. Have a contributory role in designing and updatingtransition methodology and supporting tools, includingdetermining the appropriate program structure foreach transition
20. He/she should have a global perspective in leadingvirtual teams and ability to work within a matrixmanagement structure, and be prepared to travel asneeded
21. Ability to handle multiple deliverables with quality andtimelines
22. Work in US shift timings
23. Ability to multi-task and handle pressure intensivedeliverables
